The Agency Life Quoter enables agents to share quote information with their clients with attractive and informative PDFs. The following guide walks through the steps to generate and share quote PDFs. We will also briefly overview the PDF layout options and the delivery options.
Sharing a PDF
1. Run a quote on your Agency Life Quoter
2. Check the box to the left of each product you would like to share.
3. Click the Share button at the top right of the quote list.
4. Select a delivery method. You can either download the pdf to your device, email the PDF to your client, or send a link to the PDF via text message.
5. Select a PDF Layout.
6. Enter all required Agent information and Recipient Information. What is required varies depending on which delivery method you use.
7. Select Download/Send. Then your PDF is generated and delivered!

Detailed Comparison
- Includes premium breakdown for each product selected.
- Displays information from the quote criteria.
- Divides list by Product Type.
- 2-3 Products listed per page.
Premium Comparison
- Includes company name/logo as it appears in your IXN Dashboard
- Groups together products by premium intervals - monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual.
- Shows the age rate each product uses.
- A Condensed version of this PDF is also available.
Feature Comparison 
- Includes company name/logo as it appears in your IXN Dashboard
- Side by side comparison of what unique features a product offers aside from just premium.
- Up to 3 products per page.
Delivery Methods
Download
Use this option to download the PDF on your own device. There is no required Agent or Recipient information for this option. A good option for in person office visits with your clients.
Use this option to send the PDF as an email attachment to one or multiple emails. Agent emails and Recipient email(s) are required. Multiple emails can be designated as recipients by using a comma separated list. A subject line and email message are also required for this option. You can also view and download the PDF to your device through this route.
Text
Use this options to send a link to the PDF to your client via text message. Recipient phone number and message are required. Message and data rates may apply.
