How do I manage the lead flow from my Mobile App?

Leads from the Mobile App's Consumer Quoter can be sent to you through the IXN lead flow or through our integrations with CRMs.

Our Mobile App's Consumer Quoter offers the option to collect leads generated from your quote engine using two methods. You can choose our IXN lead form, CRM integrations such as our Insureio integration. Depending on which method you select will determine where you access that information.

To set up your lead flow, follow these steps then choose one of the options below:

1. Log in to your Dashboard.

2. Once you are logged in, click "Products" in the navigation on the left-hand side.

3. Find your Mobile App in your list of products.  Click on it.

4. Click "Settings" at the top of the page. Select "Lead Flow" in the dropdown. 

Default IXN Lead Form

The lead form in the Consumer Quoter is the IXN lead flow by default. The fields for this form cannot be changed. The notifications for these leads are sent to designated emails and to the agent selected (if applicable) A push notification is also sent to the applicable agent.

ASM/CRM Integration

The lead form in the Consumer Quoter can be set to send to your CRM instead of to the IXN Dashboard. The following ASM/CRM are currently available for integration.
