Our Website Quoter offers the option to collect leads generated from your quote engine using several methods. You can choose our IXN lead form, CRM integrations such as our Insureio integration, or custom options such as forms integrations or custom URLs. Depending on which method you select will determine where you access that information.
To set up your lead flow, follow these steps then choose one of the options below:
2. Once you are logged in, click "Products" in the navigation on the left-hand side.
3. Find your Website Quoter in your list of products. Click on it.
4. Click "Settings" at the top of the page. Select "Lead Flow" in the dropdown.
The IXN Lead Form sends and stores leads to the IXN Dashboard. Notifications can also be sent via email. Instructions for setting up this integration are included below.
The lead form in the Website Quoter can be set to send to your CRM instead of to the IXN Dashboard. The following ASM/CRM are currently available for integration.
If you are looking to build out a more complex, custom form, then this is the way to go. Using powerful form builders such as Google Forms, Cognito Forms, and TypeForm, you can build mobile optimized forms exactly the way you want them, then assign them to any product, carrier, or combination of products and carriers. Submissions through form integrations can be sent to one or more email addresses. In addition, when an agent starts a form through one of our form integrations, quote and product information will be pre-filled in the form. You can also link any url using the Webhook GET option.
